FNHA nurses (CHN, LPN, ESN) are paid hourly = annual salary ÷ 1956.6. Shift premium is $2.00/h for every hour worked between 16:00 and 08:00, for nurses whose schedule rotates through days, evenings and nights (Art. 49.01). Weekend premium is $2.00/h for straight-time hours on Saturday and Sunday, not on overtime (49.02). Overtime is 1.5×, then 2× after 7.5 overtime hours in a row and on a 2nd or later day of rest in a row (7.01(a)). A worked holiday pays the regular holiday pay plus 1.5× for the first 7.5 h (7.01(b)), set in onWard as 2.5×. Holidays follow BC, with no super stats. Part-time: straight time to 7.5 h a day / 37.5 h a week, then 1.5×, plus 4.6 % in lieu of holidays. Casual: 13 % in lieu, minimum 4 h. PIPSC union dues are a flat monthly amount — add yours under Deductions. Not modelled: remote, NIC and RNc allowances, standby, call-back minimums and the 72 h shift-change premium. The agreement expired March 31 2026 and bargaining began in July 2026, so rates may change retroactively.
