Saskatchewan does not split evening and night. It pays ONE shift differential of $3.75/h across the whole window 1500–0800, so both are set to the same figure here. On 8-hour shifts it is a majority-of-hours test — you either get it on every hour of the shift or not at all. On the 12-hour (11.78 h) option it is paid per hour actually worked between 1500 and 0800, so a day shift picks it up after 1500. It is never paid on overtime hours. Weekend differential is $3.10/h for hours between 0001 Saturday and 2400 Sunday. All overtime is a flat 2× with no 1.5× step. A worked statutory holiday pays 1.5× plus a paid day off; overtime on a holiday, and working a holiday you were scheduled off, pay 2×. Note the 8-hour shift is eight PAID hours plus an unpaid half-hour meal, so clock time is 8.5. This agreement expired March 31 2024 and SUN and SAHO are still at the table — premiums may have moved.
